Your choice of cleaning agent is critical. Avoid harsh chemicals at all costs. • Screens & Monitors: Use a soft, dry microfiber cloth to remove dust. For smudges, lightly dampen a separate microfiber cloth with water or a screen-safe solution. Wipe the screen gently in one direction; never scrub in circles.

• Phones & Headsets: These are high-contact devices. Use disinfectant wipes approved for electronics, paying close attention to the mouthpiece and earpieces. Ensure no moisture enters any openings.

Finally, establish a clear protocol. Provide shared workstations with the proper supplies: microfiber cloths and electronics-safe disinfectant sprays or wipes.
